Description

Round Up Sharp, Clear Views with Bresser Montana Waterproof Binoculars!

ED glass, super high reflection coatings and a lightweight but extremely rugged magnesium frame elevate Bresser Montana binoculars above the rest of the competition in their price class. You’ll appreciate the crisp, high-contrast views the extra-low dispersion optics provide, and because sometimes, looking at life through rose-colored glasses is not always best, you’ll enjoy the true-to-life colors depicted through the Bresser Montana binoculars as well. Color rendition is an important feature when binoculars are used in pastimes like bird-watching and other naturalist activities, and so extra care was taken to make sure the view through Montana binoculars, especially the 45mm models, are as crisp, clean and color neutral as possible.

The super high reflection coatings used on the prisms of all Montana binoculars add another layer to image quality. These SHR coatings increase the reflection of light to 99.9%, which is significantly higher than most optical coatings out there today.

The housings of the 45mm Montana binoculars are made of magnesium. Magnesium is the lightest of all structural metals and has a very high strength to weight ratio. This means your Bresser Montana binoculars will weigh less than similar aperture models but will still be super durable and optically stable.

All Montana binoculars are nitrogen-purged and therefore waterproof to a depth of one meter for up to five minutes. In other words, we don’t recommend you take your binoculars skin-diving with you, but if you happen to use them in the rain, drop them in a puddle or get drenched while on a white-water rafting trip, you should be fine. Nitrogen-purging also eliminates fogging inside your optics, and keeps sand, dirt and other fine particles on the outside, where they belong.

A smooth rubber coating further protects your Montana binoculars. This coating makes the binoculars easier to hold when your hands are cold or wet, and at the same time, it helps absorb impacts when dropped or bumped.

The rubber eyecups of all Bresser Montana binoculars twist up so that you can adjust them just the way you like. This is a great feature for everyone, but especially for those who wear glasses. Diopter compensation is also a nice feature of these binoculars. Since everyone’s eyes are different, diopter compensation allows you to adjust the focus to suit yours.

The focus knob, conveniently located in the center of the bridge, is rubber coated and knurled for a better grip. Simply reach across the barrels with each hand and gently move the focus knob to the left or right until you achieve sharp focus.

All Bresser Montana waterproof binoculars come with a high-quality leather bag and a practical carrying strap.
