Absolutely superb eyepiece. Perfect if you have a large dobsonian and want detailed views of galaxies and smaller nebula. Perfectly flat 82 degree FOV, generous eye relief, and well corrected for faster scopes.

I purchased two of these for my bino-viewer. The ES eyepieces are an incredible value and they perform superbly. I wear glasses so the long eye relief is perfect. The views are top notch!

Superb eyepiece. I had a night of incredible of viewing with extremely steady atmospheric conditions. I moved to Jupiter and plugged in my new 8.5mm LER. The view was incredible. The eye relief for me was perfect since I am an eyeglass wearer. I bought a second one so I could use it in my bino viewer.

I can’t see the difference between this eyepiece and my cheap plossl. It’s a waste of money

It feels like a quality item. It gives a great wide view. My only gripe is that when I signed up for an account, it offered me a discount code for a first time buyer. But then in the cart, it said that that this eyepiece did not qualify. I suppose because because it was on sale, but still, it didn't say that up front.
