Free Standard Shipping

All orders $70 and up placed on explorescientific.com qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Please note that free standard shipping does not apply to special-order items.




Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

  • USPS Shipments: When shipping with USPS, please allow 1 additional day for processing.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Explore Scientific offers various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Free for orders $70 and up): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost; estimated delivery time is 2 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Available at an additional cost; estimated delivery time is 1 business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.




Special Orders

  • Processing Time: Special-order items may require additional processing time.

  • Shipping Charges: Special-order items are not eligible for free standard shipping and may incur additional shipping charges.




International Shipping

  • Current Policy: At this time, Explore Scientific ships only within the United States.

  • International Inquiries: For international shipping options, please contact service@explorescientific.com.




Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Carrier Websites: You can track your shipment directly with the carrier: USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your shipping selection.




Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@explorescientific.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
