He is the founder and director of the Pan-African Citizen Science e-Lab (PACS e-Lab), Africa's largest online platform for citizen science, which empowers individuals from all 54 African countries to engage in scientific research and exploration.

PACS e-Lab, a non-profit organization registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 2020 (company registration number 6997143), promotes citizen science and soft astronomy research. The platform believes in the power of citizen science to engage the public in scientific discovery, offering users the chance to participate in data collection, analysis, and collaboration with researchers across Africa and beyond.

Under Miracle's leadership, PACS e-Lab has forged collaborations with national space agencies, academic institutions, astronomy organizations, and amateur astronomy groups. The platform aims to inspire the next generation of African astronomers and scientists by fostering curiosity and wonder about the universe.

PACS e-Lab aligns its projects with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to Africa's social and economic development by providing access to cutting-edge resources and tools. Through hands-on activities in astronomy and space science, the platform advances space exploration and enhances education and outreach across the continent.
